.NET FW 3.5 w/SP1 and patches single, silent installer

Is there a single installer download somewhere for .NET Framework 3.5 w/SP1
that includes any additional patches (KB959209) and also supports silent
installation? I'll need the full version, not the bootstrap version, since we
have isolated systems that don't have internet access.

So far I've only found the patches available as separate downloads per
operating system and architecture.

Until a new SP is released, you will have to apply any post patches
individually. It is the nature of the beast.You can set up a batch file
that runs all of the bits, one after another, if the isolated systems
are your sole problem.

Also, does Windows 7 (RTM) require any updates? I searched around and it
looks like Windows 7 has 3.5, but not SP1, and there are no Windows 7 patches
(at least none that I could find).

Win 7 should not need anything, at least final RTM version. Expect any
patches to come out after it has hit the shelves (October 22nd, if I
remember correctly).
