.NET Framework service pack 2 failed to install. .NET Framework on

..NET Framework service pack 2 failed to install. .NET Framework on service
pack 2 disk won't install either.
i have an ATI Radeon 9700 pro graphics card that was giving me problems. ATI
said to install .NET Framework but only part of it will install. I also tried
intalling .NET Framework from my service pack 2 disk and nither one of those
will install either. What do I do?

What? Why should you have to install .NET framework to fix a video card
problem?

Well, I was getting a cli.exe error that had to do with the video card. I
called ATI again and was told I needed to install Microsoft.NET Framework on
my computer and he was right, I don't get the cli.exe errors, now I get .NET
errors. See my other post about .NET not loading. Kirk.
