.NET Framework - Accidently deleted file

I tried to open a bmp file, when a box dropped down with this information:

The blue area on the top it said:

RAWSupport.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error

Below that it said:

To run this application, you first must install one of the following
versions of the
..NET Framework:
v.1.1.4322
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the
appropriate version of the .NET Framework.

I went to the Windows file, and found:
Windows/Microsoft.NET/framework/v.1.1.4322

So I DO have it.

Last night I was deleting some programs out of my Add/Remove in the Control
Panel. I saw a file that looked something like:

Microsoft.NET Framework 1.1 and deleted it because I had a newer version
right below it that was:

Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0, so I figured that was a newer version and I no
longer needed the 1.1 version.

So I'm thinking that this file I deleted must be the cause of my problem.

I'm not sure what to do, and need help.

FYI, .NET Framework 2.0 is not an upgrade to .NET Framework 1.1 but a
totally new application. If .NET Framework 1.1 is needed, re-install
it.

Reinstall from where? I have been trying to do that all day.

Download from Microsoft.com the following 2 files (a) dotnetfx.exe
and (b) NDP1.1sp1-KB867460-X86.exe. They are self-extracting and
will install .NET Framework 1.1-SP1.
