.NET 3.5?

I am watching the launch webcast of Windows Embedded Standart right now.
They mention they included the .NET Framework 3.5.
But I also installed the Windows Embedded Standart CTP.
And I don't have the .NET 3.5 component!

I guess I can install the .NET Framework Setup 3.0 component and run the 3.5
installer, but I was hoping for a ready to use component.... did I miss
something?
