Need to have markups print as shown, not as print preview, ?.

Changes in document are shown in red, crossed out for old, underlined for
new. I would like the document to print this way. Not with the changes in
the right margin in a balloon. Is this possible? I used to be able to do
this in the old word.

Do the following to hide the balloons (assuming that you are using
Word 2003): On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the Track Changes
tab. At "Use balloons", choose "Never".

Thanks, but I knew that. this is regarding the old version of word and how
the tracked changes work. Doesn't matter, we did the ordinances in the new
format.

If "the old version" means Word 2002, which is the first version to
use balloons, I don't think there is a way to get rid of them.
