View - Print Preview

When I first open a blank document it looks as if I'm typing on the top of
the page rather than leaving the blank margin. When I look at print preview
it's correct. How do I change it so a blank document shows the blank margin
at the top? I'm already set to print layout under view.

Move the mouse to the top (or bottom) of the page. The cursor will change to
look (a bit) like the bottom of one page and the top of the next along with
little arrow heads pointing outwards and the key tip "double click to show
white space". Double click.
