Need to combine 2 domains Please help!!!

We currently have 2 domains in 2 different locations.
The 2 domains are FW and IND. FW is a W2K domain with
Exchange 2000. The IND domain is also a W2k domain and
they have Exchange 2003. We are setting up a VPN between
the 2 offices and want to bring all the servers from IND
to the FW office. Combining the 2 domains shouldn't be a
problem. I plan to use the AD migration tool and join
the servers to the FW domain. Is there anything i should
be concerned about with that?? My next step would be to
combine the 2 Exchange stores. I am starting to do some
research on this now. Does anyone have any articles or
personal experience doing this?? Any info or lead would
be appreciated.
