Need to BLOCK reminders attached to incoming emails

I work with someone who ALWAYS sends a reminder attached, usually 12 hours
old, so it makes my reminders go crazy. How can I block reminders from this
one, poorly self managed person. I use Outlook 2003, and excahnge is the
server.

Set up a rule to remove the message flag on all messages from this person.
