need some command window help, plz.

I guess I dont really understand how to use the command window. I thought I
did, but that was in the 98SE days.....
I downloaded Browstat, but I cant get it to work.
As for the ping, I've done that a million times, now I get gibberish. Any
ideas?

Don't download the Microsoft product, which requires installation, just download
browstat itself, which requires no installation, from Dynawell or Stanford.
