Yes, that took some reading on the links you gave me. I know there is a way
to also get my blocked senders and rules back but really could use some help
with a simple explanation.

Pa Bear, you do such a good job of giving me some great links! Thank you.
I have bookmarked them and also printed some for my reference if I have more
questions. There was some spot somewhere that told me how to do the blocked
senders and rules as well as the address book if I wanted it but I don't.
Can you explain this process and give me that link?

Moving the rules and blocked senders will require going into the Registry.

This key should for one of your Identities.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{F1180D40-8D25-11D6-BD2E-BB153409192D}
\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0\Rules]

Left click on Rules.
File, Export
Name the export F11rules

Locate the other Identity key and left click on Rules.
File, Export
Name the export otherrules

Open Notepad.
File, Open
Open F11rules.reg

Open another Notepad.
File, Open
Open otherrules.reg

One of the exported reg files will have the rules.
The other reg file will have the correct location for the second Identity's
rules.
Let's say the other location is:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{18A768B2-324F-4A7F-A5BA-742E84133152}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\5.0\Rules]

Let's say the rules are located here:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{F1180D40-8D25-11D6-BD2E-BB153409192D}
\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0\Rules]

Go to the Notepad with otherrules.reg.
Highlight and copy
{18A768B2-324F-4A7F-A5BA-742E84133152}

Go to the Notepad with F11rules.reg.
Edit, Replace
Paste {18A768B2-324F-4A7F-A5BA-742E84133152} in the replace with box.
Highlight and copy
{F1180D40-8D25-11D6-BD2E-BB153409192D}
Paste {F1180D40-8D25-11D6-BD2E-BB153409192D} in the Find what box.
OK
File, Save

Import F11rules.reg into the Registry.

You will follow the same procedure with the blocked senders rule.
