need hotfix 818043 Nat-t

Hello,
Does anyone have the windows hotfix 818043 that they can
send me. It has been removed from the microsoft update
site because it breaks internet connectivity on XP but has
worked fine on my 2000pro. I need the patch to connect
l2tp/ipsec over nat-t to a 2003server. I have three clients
(2kpro) with the hotfix installed and connecting fine to
the vpn server. Without it, "she no work"
