NEED HELP WITH ERROR MESSAGE-WINDSPOOL.DRV

Suddenly I am getting an error message "The application or DLL
C:WINDOWS\sysyem32\windspool.drv is not a valid Window image. Please check
against your installation diskette" I cannot open most of my programs. I have
tried a restore but no change. I cannot open the install CD because I get the
same message whenever I try . It also does it when I try to open in "safe
mode". I'm just a basic knowledge user but hope i can fix it with your help

Typos aside, try renaming the winspool.drv file to winspool.drv.old and
