Need help with Ad script

I am looking for a way to create an Active Directory query to list
accounts in a Domain that have the the 'Dial-In' or Remote Access
Permissions on their AD account set to 'Allow Access'. Listing will do it, but if someone can spare enough time to show me how to auto change that to deny that would be great.
