need help to recover deleted files

my husband decided he wanted to free up hard drive space, so, he went and
deleted all system 32 files, which are need to make the computer and its
programms work properly. so cant access any saved file cause word and such
programms have been deleted and also deleted from recycle bin!!! help please
anyone?? tried to do system restore but there are no previous date available
but yesterdays. help us please!!!

that would help if i had windows xp cd!! unfortunately we got our computer
second hand and dont have any software. it looks like a new hard drive for us
then!!!

There is a downloadable program called Recovery4all and is available from
http://www.recover4all.com/ I often use this program in my line of work, in
repairing other peoples computers. This may work for you, however it does
cost about $69 to purchase, but it could very possibly help you to un-delete
these files. I have had great success with it

No, not a new hard drive; a purchase of Windows XP from a store will work.

Are you sure XP is not partitioned on your hard drive. Many HP computers
come this way!
