Hello there guys.

After the installation of Windows Live OneCare 1.5 under Win Vista Ultimate
I get this Error Message "CLR Error:80004005. This Program will now
terminate." Also, when I try to install .NET Framework 2.0 Beta 2, this
error message appears "Error 1920.Service '.NET Runtime Optimization Service
v2.0.50215_X86 (clr_optimization_v2.050215_32) failed to start. Verify that
you have sufficient prvileges to start system services."

I might as well wanna hear your answers with regard to this matter.

Many Thanks.

..NET Framework 2.0 Beta 2 !?

Get and install the released version of .NET Framework 3.0 and then run
Windows Update.

Also, you'll want to remove whatever you installed for OneCare and install the
latest build from http://onecare.live.com - don't use a 1.5 CD, it has been
updated to 1.6 months ago.

Make sure the software is up-to-date .. the most recent version. Don't use
old beta stuff or out-of-date versions.

Have a nice week,
