NEED HELP: OneCare CLR ERROR:80004005 UNDER VISTA ULTIMATE

Hello guys.

Everytime I run Windows Live OneCare 1.5 under Win vista Ultimate 32bit this
error occured "CLR ERROR:80004005" "WinUSSI.exe - Fatal Error". I was
thinking on how to resolve this problem.

I was thinking to post this inquiry here as Windows Live OneCare forum
thread takes so much time for them to reply.

Maybe there are some in this newsgroup who know something about my my issue.
