need help on office!!

i buyed a new pc and instaled the office 2003! but now i cant send or recieve
anything!!! and it doesnt appear any note of failure! just nothing happens! i
cant write the message but then to send???!?!?!?!?! i am almost freaking out!
please sombody help me! i need outlook really quick!
