Need drivers for a CanoScan FB620P scanner

I'm trying to get the scanner to work on a Win-XP platform. Been to
Driver.com and collected ScanCraft3.6.6 for Win-Xp and installed it,
however, XP doesn't like it. It inists that it needs the FB62Pcpl.cpl
file/driver.

I did find a device driver, Csp_file, in the new download, but no joy.
I even made a copy of it and renamed it; still being stubborn.

Anyone able to clue me in on what I'm doing wrong and set me on the
right track?
