Need Directx 9.0b English in a Windows XP Spanish Computer

I can't install directx 9.0b in english and i need it
because a game "Dragons Lair 3d" it's in english and has
conflicts with my Windows XP in Spanish, in the
troubleshooting guide saids that i need to install directx
in english but every available distribution of directx
detects my operating system in spanish and starts
installing them in spanish... please help

You can't install an English copy of Direct X in other than an English
language system. Purchase a copy of XP in English and set it up as a
dual boot with your Spanish XP. Then you can use software, games, and
other devices designed for either language.
