Need a fix/patch for Win2000preSP5fix

I need a fix for the following problems -

828297 - Memory leak in Lsass.exe

and
258000 - Memory Leak When You Use the Microsoft Base
Cryptographic Provider
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;258000

I tried to find an appropriate patch for the above
problems on microsft support site but could not get one.

Could someone please guide me to a location or link from
where I can get the patch for these problems?

The link says "To resolve this problem immediately,
contact Microsoft Product Support Services to obtain the
fix". Do I need to talk to them (microsoft ppl) to get the
patch?
