Navigation panel buttons

Is there any way to get Outlook 2003 navigation to function like previous
versions (2000)? I want the navigation buttons to display vertically to the
far left, and display folder list view to include all folders, not just the
single section.

Click the "Folder List" view button at the bottom of the Navigation Pane to
see all folders. You can't have the Navigation Pane and a separate Folder
List as you could in OL 2000, however.
