Navigation hyperlinks consistent

I've taken over managing a website www.mmaparents.org. I've noticed the
hyperlinks are different on each page. How can I make the hyperlinks
consistent on each page besides the first page. Of course on every page I
would have to place a home (hyperlink) back to the main page. Can someone
take a look at the site and give me some advise or recommendation.

Also, how can I change the hyperlink to have another color when activated,
or like on some sites, an arrow to the side showing your using that active
hyperlink?

Apply your theme (as used on your home page) to all page of the site
Use: Format Theme and select the same theme used on your home page
- then select the dropdown bar and select Apply as default theme

The colors of your links are controlled by the theme
To change them you need to modify the theme, save it as a new theme, and apply the new theme to all pages
