Native Mode?

J

Hello,

I understand that when we migrate to native mode all servers must be W2K (or
greater), but what about the client machines. Can we have machines that are
other than W2K (i.e. NT4, Win98, etc.) in our domain after we have gone
native?

TIA,
J.R.

Native mode can be described with the follow sentence , No more NT4.0 BDCs.
So this doesn't effect workstations and members servers at all

Hi JR-

Yes, you can have a variety of client OSs in a Native Mode Domain.

Tia,

Don't confused with this. simple Mode's are only for DC
not for Clients.
