Native mode with NT4 PDC

Hi

I have a W2K AD in mixte mode. I need to migrate users from an NT4 Domain
with ADMT so I need to switch this machine to native mode (in order to get
the trust work).

The thing is I have another NT4 Domain with a PDC and users that access
resources on the W2K AD. If I switch to native mode, will these NT4 Domain
users still be able to access shares on the W2K AD ? If I get it right, what
I will loose by switching to native mode is the accounts replication. Right
?

All you lose by switching to native mode is the ability to replicate to NT
BDC's. If your Windows 2000 domain doesn't have any BDC's you can make the
switch.
