Names of Linked Tables do not show up in linked table manager

I split an Access 2003 database. After splitting, the backend file was
created, and the linking appears to work. However, when the Linked Table
Manager is opened in the front end, no tables appear. In the Table Objects
of the front end, the tables show as linked. How do I access the links to
update them?

Re-register accwiz.dll (the one located in the same folder where Access 2003
is installed)

Regsvr32 "path\ACCWIZ.DLL"

I tried this fix and it didn't work.

There's a further reference

" If the previous method does not resolve this problem, examine the
following registry value data to see if the value data is pointing to the
correct Accwiz.dll file in Access 2003.

but the reference is not shown just a hyperlink. It still isn't working....

You can edit the following registry key using regedit.
HKey_Classes_Root\TypeLib\{5B87B6F0-17C8-11D0-AD41-00A0C90DC8D9}\8.0\0\win32\(Default)

It needs to have the correct path to
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\ACCWIZ.DLL

Joan,

Thanks, actually decided to "play" with regedit after sending that message
and worked it out.
