Name resolution

Hi,

i'm using Outlook 2003 and the name resolution doesn't work as expected.
When i type

firstname lastname

and press the 'check names' buttons, it didn't find the name (even when
it exists). Only when i type

lastname, firstname

the resolution works. The funny thing is, that the name resolution works for
my collegues without any problem (both inputs will be found). I've search for
an option to set, but i didn't find one. Btw, the adressbook is sorted by
lastname, firstname.

Does anyone has an idea how to solve this issue ?

Are you using Outlook against Exchange Server in cached mode? Users who do
report the same behavior.
