Mystery files eating up hard drive

Getting a bunch of \windows\system32\dlg\temp\002.part and various other
parts eating up my hard drive. Largest has 14,072 fragments and a size of
15.44 GB. Anyone know what these files are about, how they are getting on my
hard drive, how to get rid of them, and how to prevent them from showing up
again. I know I'm asking for a lot, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all do you have an up2date Anti-virus installed on your computer?.
Doa scan and see what will come up.
Then get a CD/DVD and copy these Files/Folders to it and Delete these from
your computer.
Then Reboot and see if they will come back and if any application will
complain about their absence.
If all gone to plane and never came back then good news, if they came back
you need to do some work in your side.
This work require you to Open a Run command and type this:
msconfig click [OK] and there o the System Configuration Window click on
the Start Up Tab, uncheck unnecessary Applications/Programs to Disable them
from starting up and reboot, go and delete these files/folders and Reboot
again if they didn't come back then you know one of the Applications you
disabled is causing this issue to occur.
Renable them one-by-one and see which App will cause it and uninstall it
from the Add/Remove Programs Window.
If the above didn't work then download the HijackThis and Scan your system
then Send the Report to one of these forums for analysis.
HijackThis v1.99.1
http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip ; is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware.

HTH.
Please let us know your findings.
