Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer reports:
"More than 2 Administrators were found on this computer"
The list includes one that is not shown under User
Accounts: S-1-5-21-1608279117-2317538923-1809067083-100

Concerned that this could be from a hack. How do you
remove this account?

It looks like an account comes from another domain-- but apparently that
domain is no longer available. (?)

It can't find the name so it gives you the SID of the account.

Is this XP Home or Pro?

Under XP Pro (or Windows 2000 for that matter), run LUSRMGR.MSC from Start
Menu--> Run

Under XP Home.... ummm I don't know. Microsoft really hides this stuff.
