My User Account -- Picture change

As administrator and sole user of Windows XP -- Home
Edition, I can change the picture that appears on my
account; I normally select from the pictures that came
with Windows.

The picture I really want to change is the one that
appears after the Welcome screen goes off. This picture
(Grassy Hills) takes up my entire screen. It's the screen
that my Windows XP icons are superimposed on. How do I
change it. Your assistance will be grealty appreciated --

go to start, then to control panel, then onto appearance
and themes, then change desktop background, choose from the
list and click ok
