My tool bars disappeared in Word, how do I get them back?

When I opened my Word to print an envelope, none of the tool bars were
available. Every one of them has disappeared and I'm left with a page I can
type on. I can right click in the body of the page and get a box to pop up
with info regarding the paragraph or margins and page set-up, but no tool
bars (or menu bars.) Thanks in advance!
