Hi Dy-lan,

Control Panel/folder options/view tab, uncheck "restore previous folder at
logon". Click apply/ok, do not reboot.

Start/run msconfig, on the general tab click on diagnostic mode, click
apply/ok and reboot.

Once rebooted, rerun msconfig and put it back in normal mode. Click apply/ok
and reboot once more, you should no longer see the \system32 folder at
startup. You can leave the option in folder options disabled, or reenable it
if you choose.

Incidentally, I saw nothing wrong with your registry entries, though you may
want to disable the line loading qttask - it's hardly necessary for
quicktime to be loading at boot.
