I have Outlook Express 6 and my sister has Outlook (I don't know exactly
what version but she has a new computer so it's probably a current one).
The problem I'm having is I can create stationery in Outlook Express but my
sister doesn't always get the complete stationery when I send it to her.
She SHOULD have HTML support (I've been informed it started with Outlook
98). I don't know what security settings my sister should have or if
something else needs to be tweaked...can anyone help?
My sister and I live in different states. I am going to visit in two days
so it would help if I could gather information before I go there.
This is what my sister told me in reference to tonight's message:
It was real weird...I didn't get all the picture and not all the text. When
I clicked on reply, I only got part of it there again. That usually doesn't
happen. When I 'reply' I usually get the whole thing. So, I highlighted the
text and THEN got the rest of it! Hope this helps.
I have no idea what my sister is talking about since I use a different
program.
I am really, really in need of some help! Tell me what to ask my sister and
I will e-mail her.
Thanks.
