My Program Files are viewed by Others via Internet

Hello there,
I have noticed that my configurations are always changed
whenever I would log on to my office PC. The view of icons
in the control panel are always changed without me chaging
them. The speed of my computer slows down, when these are
observed.
I am certain that while I am at work with my PC, my files
and folders are viewed via internet. Because when I click
on the view tab, it would reveal that "as web page" is
clicked. That is , my files are viewed as web page. I
always unclick this , but every time I would click the
view again it would reveal the same.
Also, there is an IE Windows Icon in the task bar of my
windows explore, HOW CAN I REMOVE THIS? HOW CAN I SECURE
MY FOLDERS AND FILES FROM OUR OWN MIS STAFF WHO DWELLS ON
THE EMPLOYEES FILES. I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO SECURE MY EMAILS
THAT I AM ALSO CERTAIN ARE BEING VIEWED BY OUR OWN MIS
STAFF.

This is a Microsoft Access Newsgroup. Access is a ddatabase program that is
part of Microsoft Office. That is why all the other questions you see here
pertain to databases, not Internet Explorer

Please look at a newsgroup before posting to it. You might even try
searching for your answer before asking your question. Pretty good chance
it has been asked and answered before.

Also, if your MIS Staff is authorized to view those files by your
management, then there is no problem here. If not, talk to your management.
