Uninstall and reinstall it:

Since it's a Lexmark, you will have to also disable its dependence on its
own service.... follow steps 15 through 17 at:
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm

You'll find updated drivers for your printer at www.lexmark.com

Are there any error messages in the print queue or on the physical device
when sending data to the device?


If the devices are "gone" from the printers folder you will need to start
the Print spooler service.
