I have a Lexmark X6170. I have tried using my XP MSWord help and changed all
the options on the tools suggestions and still no worky worky, (No Color).
If you don't have "Draft printing" checked on the Print tab of Tools |
Options, make sure you don't have anything selected in the printer driver
itself (printer Properties) that would cause grayscale printing.
