my pages in frontpage are all gray nothing there

i click on my frontpage today and started to open a index page from my site
and all i get is a gray screen nothing there and my toolbar is not working
what did i do or how do i fix it

Open your site in FP first
- File Open Site
Then open your page in the site

If that doesn't work with FP open run Help - Detect & Repair
