My MSN

I have a hotmail account - same one for many years... since January when MSN.com and My MSN changed format, I have not been able to access MY MSN.com but can successfully log in to Hotmail. When I go to My MSN - I get error Page indicating this site cannot be found. Has anyone else had this problem? Have fixed this problem?

It happens with W98 & XP Pro and from any other computer that I use to log on with - Cable modem - Dial up & Lans as well. The common item on all is IE 6.0 - and the same error message. Microsoft has not replied with any success at all... one message to tell me to clear cache and History - that is done regularly anyway.

Check this out.

You Cannot Access Your MSN E-mail Account or Authenticate with a Web Site in
Various Programs
When you try to access your MSN e-mail account, you may receive the
following error message:
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be
experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser
settings... Cannot find server or DNS Error
You cannot successfully authenticate with a Web site in various programs
(for example, Windows Media Player). For example, you may be prompted for
your user name and your password several times, and you may receive the
error message that is described in this section or an other error message
from the Web site that indicates that you cannot access even after you type
the correct user name and password.
