my message in Inbox cannot be deleted

I got one message in Inbox cannot be deleted. When I delete it, move it etc,
it always pops up a message "an unknown error has occurred". How can I solve
the problem?

A fix as been released by M$ to resolve the problem of undeletable mails:

"Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista"

Ignore the title, it works on other folders in addition to the Outbox.
