Can't delete e-mail from inbox

I can't delete an e-mail from my inbox, I get the message the an unknown
error has occurred. I tried to move it to my deleted box to get rid of it,
but it can't be moved.Help!!

Hi,

I tried following the instructions to reset mail but only got as far as the
"go to the Folder Options" screen. Where is Folder Options?

I'am having same problem but Microsoft does not seem to have the answer.
Thankfullly, it is only one email but it will probably be there for the life
of the computer(which I just purchased with a Vista OE. Give me XP any day)
