my mailbox is locked because another server is using it. how?

hi. im trying to access my microsoft outlook and it keeps saying:

Task 'primus - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210E) : 'Your mailbox is
temporarily unavailable because another e-mail message is being delivered to
it or another mail application is accessing it. The server responded: -ERR
[IN-USE] user mailbox locked'

what can i dot to change this?

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
