my internet explorer is not working

i couldn't open my internet explorer it shows the following

Hi,
As a temporary measure...
From Control Panel> Internet Options> Advanced> uncheck "Enable third party
browser extensions."
That should allow IE to function.
Then...
Uninstall Yahoo Companion. You may or may not be able to reinstall it. It's
troublesome on some systems.
