IE recurrent error with Windows ME

I have a customer running IE 6 (previously 5) on Windows
ME. IE consistently wants to have a error report sent
after each session (and did before with IE5). Any ideas?
The fault log report is below. It's always the same.

That is probably caused by a BHO.

Download and run BHODemon:

program and seems to have worked.
