My homepage has changed and I can't change it back.

My homepage has been changed to http://www.syssecuritysite.com/

When I go to "Tools" - "Internet Options" and change my homepage ....... the
change is accepted and the new address is saved.
But when I click on ie again, it takes me to http://www.syssecuritysite.com/

When I check my homepage settings, they are still the address that I put in
..... so why do I keep going here http://www.syssecuritysite.com/

and how can I get rid of the crap!!?

From what I can see, you have been infected by a spoof site.

1. do a full virus check.

2. Do a full check for adware and spyware.

When you visited that site for the first time did you get a choce Y/N to
block a virus ??? If you clicked yes you were probably infected.

Your browser has been hijacked. Probably, other things have been added
too. There are two good tools for locating and fixing this particular
problem, Hijack This and SmitFraudFix. If you are not experienced at
using such tools, you might seek some assistance.
