my fonts are missing. How do I get them?

I installe update of MS small buinses office 2003. I have been missing fonts
in the word document. How do I get these fonts back. I tried several methods
including trying to get them fonts available from control Panel.
(surprisingly all fonts are there in control panel)

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Printers. Is "Generic/Text
Only" selected as the default printer? If so, select a default printer that
is capable of printing fonts, and you will see more font choices in Word.
