My emails auto delete.

I hope someone can help, I can't stop my Outlook from auto deleting as soon
as I have read an email, or auto deleting in a couple of days if I don't read
it! Can someone tell me how to fix this please?

Check your View. Go to View-Current View and make sure that "unread
messages" is not checked.
