My Documents Subfolders ? Limit?

Is there a limit to the number of subfolders that can be put into My
Documents?

I just moved the (EMPTY) 'my documents' folder to the second hard drive. I
assumed the name would move so I only used the drive path letter. The whole
F: drive became MY DOCUMENTS. I reversed that action but I wondered what the
actual limits are - or not.

Re: I assumed the name would move so I only used the drive path letter. The

I just wondered what the ramifications might be if a second hard drive was
My Documents since I attained that result by just using the drive letter of
the second hard drive. Then I searched around to see if there was any
mention of a limit to the number of subfolders within My Documents. I
couldn't find any reference to this in the Kb or Library of Microsoft.
Previously, I had moved all data folders to the second drive and the only
thing not there was My Documents. Now the successful move to drive F has it
seem to be 'an extra' since I have the whole drive set up as a Document
saving center.

Is there a maximum number of folders allowed in My Documents?
