"My Documents" folder icon changed to 3 sheets of paper.How do I change it back

Hi,
The "My Documents" icon somehow mysteriously changed to 3
sheets of paper instead of the folder that's usually
there. How do I change it back? I'm trying to help a
friend out with her computer. God Bless and Thanks a
Million in advance to anyone who can help.
