My Desktop got Screwed Up

Somehow I was trying to Drag my Desktop to "Other Places" in the folder
window. I don't know what happened, but now when I save something, and I
click on the Desktop Icon in the save dialog box, it gets saved to My
Documents/Desktop.

I now have 2 Desktops:

1. What used to be My Desktop (what I see when I boot up) is now My
Documents/Desktop.

2. If I save something in Documents and Settings/user/Desktop, then it
doesn't show up on the desktop (what I see when I boot up)

I hope I described this correctly. Basically I want what I see when I
bootup to be the only desktop in use. I can't do a system restore,
thought of that.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Xaos,

Can you put it back? Like - right click on the 'desktop' folder and
'right-drag' it directly under 'user' - let go of the right mouse button and
select "Move here".

Did that work?
