I pressed sleep on my computer, it went into a hibernation mode but didn't
return from it. I have tried everything to get it to start but it's dead. I
have tried to reset, shut it off, even pulled out the power cord, but it
won't start.

Can anyone help
thnx in advance

Always helps to post the type ( Desktop/Notebook ) - vendor &
model number of the PC.

Working with Sleep states can encompass all kinds of factors. An
out-of-date BIOS flash code, Motherboard Chipset drivers, NIC
and USB Power Management settings......

One often overlooked issue is the time the Power button is depressed.
Some PCs require a Press and Hold for several seconds for the
system to respond. If it's a notebook, try removing the battery &
then retry the power button. Without other details it isn't easy to
give you advice or steps to resolve.
