My computer is stuck in safe mode

Last week I turned on my computer and it started up in safe mode, I didn't
prompt it to. I've checked to ensure that all the hardware is working
properly and I have tried to have it load from last known good configuration
and I have tried system restore. I have also checked the MSCONFIG and the
/SAFEBOOT option isn't enabled. There has not been any hardware or software
put on the computer lately either. Can anyone tell me how to get out of safe
mode?

You could try a repair install :-
